1785 INCUSE DUTY MARK STERLING SILVER PUNCH / TODDY LADLE ANTIQUE GEORGIAN (#53819)

Our Reference #: 53819

A sterling silver and baleen handled punch ladle, the bowl fully hallmarked for London 1785 including the incuse duty mark, and made by Thomas Morley.

Condition: Bowl probably resoldered to the handle at some stage, there looks to be some evidence of historical soldering. Still perfectly useable. Some raised decoration probably missing to the bowl join area of handle as it appears 'textured'. Bowl has some denting. Hallmarks part rubbed but legible.
