A pewter quart sized lidded tankard with glass bottom, made by James Dixon & Sons of Sheffield. Front has the crest of St Johns College and engraved 'Challenge Pairs June 1865 C.S. Fell, Stroke T. Nolan, Bow.'

Condition: Very good, no dents, no repairs, glass fine, some surface marks and darker tarnish in places to handle.
