A sterling silver spoon made as a souvenir of the Boer War, modelled as a Lee Metford rifle with its bayonet protruding into the bowl. Made by Saunders & Shepherd and fully hallmarked for London 1900. Monogrammed 'RRRA' to bowl interior.

Condition: Unfortunately repaired at the bowl join with handle, otherwise would be much more expensive! Slight knock to bowl rim.
