Our Reference #: 53381
An impressive suite of tea & coffee ware modeled on a William IV period original but appears to be early c.20th in date. Includes a large 5 pint capacity swing handled spirit kettle on stand, 2 pint teapot, 3 pint coffee pot, lidded sugar bowl, open sugar or slops bowl, milk jug. Surprisingly just marked 'Made in England'.
Condition: All overall gleaming silver and no real issues other than the kettle burner wick adjustor is firmly stuck due to some interior corrosion, it will not budge and so the burner is currently unusable. Some minor copper bleed to the inside of the jug and one of the bowls. Some minor copper bleed to upper rim of the teapot and kettle. Teapot has very minor movement of handle horizontally, it is miniscule. Very slight tarnish or wear to interior of spirit kettle at base, slight tarnish to interior of coffee pot. Teapot fairly clean inside with some minor marks. No major dents the odd tiny knock but nothing at all of note. Looks absolutely stunning.
