Here are 2 lovely looking trophies awarded to an 'A. Thompson' of the DTRC in 1905. The handled one has rams head mounts and is entitled 'The Dryden Vase' and was made by Robert Pringle of London, the other one is by Barker Bros. Both have lightly gilt washed interiors.
A c.19th coffee pot by Mappin & Webb with deep fluted body shape, chased dsurface and topped with a bird finial. Originally silver plated but this has all worn back to the underlyung britannia metal.. Marked as '5' cups (2.5 pints) capacity.
