A really fine looking set by James Dixon & Sons of Sheffield in an unusual bespoke pattern, kind of a cross between Gadroon & Louis XVI is best I can describe it. Not come across it before. 8 settings of dinner fork, dinner knife, side/dessert fork, side/dessert knife, dessert spoon, soup spoon, tea spoon + 4x table spoons, 2x large sauce ladles and 3 piece meat servers. Total of 65 pieces.

A sterling silver trefid pattern coffee spoon by A.J. Bailey, fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1941. The handle is engraved 'Gay Hill'.

An impressive sized tray silver on copper unfortunately silver is completely worn other than to the gallery. Measures 71cm across the handles, 62cm excluding the handles and 42cm wide.

A lovely thing this, unusually larger than most serving bowls and with gorgeous large lion mask and ring handles. Georgian style, made to look like Old Sheffield Plate so probably Edwardian in date. Shown with a wine bottle to help gauge its size. Would also make a fab multi-wine/champagne bottle cooler without its lid.

A fine and unusual set of fiddle variant 'oar' pattern with thread teaspoons with sharply angled shoulders. Made by Thomas Wallis II and bearing partial hallmarks for London 1806. Monogrammed with a single initial 'J'.
