A stunning quality pair & fabulous condition cased pair of hair brushes by William Neale fully hallmarked for Chester 1899 along with original comb. The brushes have a most beautiful repousse design incorporating hidden faces, cherubs, flowers, Grecian urns etc. No monograms.
