A beautiful pair of folding knife & fork with mother of pearl handles having vacant cartouches. Bright cut work to each side. They bear only a duty mark and lion passant mark. Probably Sheffield made c. 1800
Condition: Overall very good for age, the knife handle has a slight flaw line in the pearl running around its end, slight marks from use to the silver and a very slight kink to blade tip. Fork prongs are marginally kinked at tips.
