A lovely piece by Howard & Co of New York with a shell and bead pattern handle, crested with a unicorn head. Made c. 1900.

A great little piece, this is a combination small 'handbag' sized hand-mirror that flips open to reveal a compact compartment. The handle end pulls open to reveal a lipstick holder. Hungarian origin and marked 'Sterling 935' to interior.
