A silver plated hotplate / warming stand complete with its original adjustable flame burner and aluminium removable warming plate. Made by Wm Shirtcliffe of Sheffield in their Kingsway Plate range c. 1930.
Condition: Some residual tarnish and minor wear but overall gleaming silver, no damage. Burner still operable and comes with a length of wick. Surface marks to the aluminium plate but it should be possible to polish these up. The 2 entrée dishes shown in 1 of the photos are for size illustration only and not included in the sale.
