What a set this is! Made by Joseph Rodgers, the delightfully shaped knife blades bear clear PDOR marks for design in 1848. In lovely original case, the cutlery over 2 layers. These are close plated (silver on steel).
Condition: All hand polished & gleaming silver with some use marks. Some of the forks show a little wear to plating at rear sides. No handle chips, a few have some minimal and short stress lines in the pearl at ferrule areas to sides of handles. There are some cosmetic cracks in the lid veneer. No key.
