A sterling silver mid-size butter knife in Old English with bright cut work to blade. Fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1918, maker Rolason Bros.

This really is a beautiful looking piece with fine textured chasing work to the body, a Bacchus head to the lower handle join and a fruit finial to lid. The front has a crest of a dragon's head above the monogram 'JER'.
