Silver Plate, Sheffield, EPNS, Old Sheffield Plate

A collection of 4 Old Sheffield Plate sugar tongs c. 1770-1800

Here are 6x silver plated small dish covers by Elkington, date marked for manufacture in 1934 and each bearing the Anchor & Anchor-Donaldson Line logo to fronts. They are kind of tea - plate sized.

A good looking 3 light candelabra with urn style snuffer made by Hawksworth, Eyre & Co of Sheffield c. 1900.

A good looking antique silver plated belt with lion and unicorn panels interspersed with floral panels and a larger drop with florals to one side and a flower lady to the other. Probably Dutch.

A nice little Victorian sandwich box

A deco period dish frame complete with its original Pyrex glass bowl and lid.

A vintage silver plated fruit bowl by Walker & Hall made in 1936.

A deco period oval faceted body tea pot with paw style feet, Sheffield made. Capacity c. 1.5 pints.

An unusual early c.20th 3 piece EPBM set by Atkin Bros with strong Celtic decoration. Pot capacity 1.5 pints.

A nice little trophy cup with a Lindisfarne pattern band to outer rim. Would also make a good sugar bowl etc. No engraving.

A pair of very small size Old Sheffield Plate chambersticks with detachable wax drip pans and candle snuffers. Tinned undersides.

A worn but functional ex silver plated on copper wine bottle coaster.

A fine looking cream/milk jug by Barker Bros with wicker clad handle and chased upper body. 1 pint capacity.

A larger than normal milk jug in hotelware style made for the military by Elkington in 1961. Capacity 1 pint (500ml).

A fine looking and absolutely gleaming Old Sheffield Plate chamber stick with detachable wax drip pan and snuffer. Underside is also plated but it is definitely OSP as you can see from the underside rim seam.
