Our Reference #: 51280

A late Victorian/Edwardian silver plated Tantalus by James Dixon & Sons of Sheffield, complete with its probably original 2 hobnail cut glass decanters. It comes with its 2 original keys, both of which work fine.

Condition: Stand is gleaming silver with some slight wear to the flat surface where the decanters sit. Top handle has a slight rocking motion but its thumbscrews to underside are very tight. Both decanters & stoppers have some chips, one decanter has a rim chip from its underside of rim. Both are clean and there is no bloom to glass. Even though there are chips it still looks great. Lock works fine.
