Our Reference #: 50409
This really is a super piece for its age, the frame is of an overall 'basket' look with silver plated mounts to the oak and a basket-weave style spiral vertical handle. The glassware is original to the stand. It was made by Thomas Harwood & Son of Birmingham who were in operation until c. 1880.
Condition: Stand is very good, plating is gleaming silver with some slight nickel bleed but it doesn't really detract. The glassware has some nibbles and small rim chips to the lids and jars but for their age & use have lasted remarkably well. It's a real stunner.
