Vintage Carving sets, Ladles and Serving Pieces

Here are 3 early c.20th green bean servers in different patterns namely Old English, Queen Anne and Gadroon. The OE one is marginally longer than the other 2.

A nice assortment of sauce ladles in Rattail, assorted makers including Roberts & Belk, Maple & Co of London etc. Shortest measures 15.5cm and the longest 18.5cm.

An interesting couple of pieces with lovely silver handles just marked with a '12' for 12 Loth standard, probably Polish mid c.19th. Steel uppers. The fork is quite long.

2 lovely pieces in the same pattern.

A wider pronged than usual push action pickle grabber, ideal for e.g. gherkins. Bears a registered design number for 1910.

A really good looking serving spoon, probably intended for fruit, with a lovely pierced gilt washed bowl fully hallmarked for Sheffield 1885, maker Walker & Hall (John Edward Bingham) and having an intricately carved handle, the rear of which has a carved monogram 'LPB'.

A job lot of lobster & nutcrackers mainly silver plated on steel some plain steel etc.

A lovely and very heavy large soup ladle by Couverts Dixi of Paris.

A shorter length fiddle pattern soup ladle by Deykin & Harrison of Birmingham, late Victorian.

A good looking serving fork c. 1910 with reed and shield panel to handle.

A gleaming soup lade in fiddle pattern made by Joseph Gilbert of Sheffield in their 'Argentina Silver' range (a nickel silver alloy). Monogrammed with a single initial 'W'.

A pie server by Arthur Price in Kings with silver plated handle and steel blade.

A nice sized cream spoon in Old English thread with a silver plated hollow handle and nicely bright cut bowl. Comes with a similar pattern smaller sized serving fork.

A very long bread fork with a mother of pearl handle and silver plated upper. The handle is inked with a small single initial 'B' to one side.
