A very fine collection of late c.19th and early c.20th sterling silver & enamel souvenir spoons, all Canadian related. Includes picture bowls including Niagara falls, indigenous examples including a superbly enamelled head dress with a Caleche in Quebec picture bowl, large finely enamelled provinces of Canada with Traders Bank Toronto picture bowl etc. Total of 18 spoons in this lot. Generally excellent, enamel is in overall splendid condition with just a few having a minor nibble, most are totally intact. No dents to speak of. We have not polished these, the do have some tarnish etc. All have Sterling markings. GBP224.99

A vintage set of 2 gents hairbrushes and comb by Broadway & Co, fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1964. Classic art deco style. In original pigskin leather case with original Broadway tag. One brush has a couple of slight ‘crease’ type indent lines to its surface, otherwise fine. Some tarnish related surface marks. Bristles good, comb fine, case fine with a slight mark to one side. GBP39.99

A pair of sterling silver napkin rings by Stokes & Ireland fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1888. No monograms. Both overall good, some tiny knocks to the vacant circle of one of them. A cut glass perfume bottle with sterling silver collar fully hallmarked for London 1925, importer Schindler & Co. Overall good shape, some bloom to interior, no cracks or chips to body, some minimal fleabiting to inner aperture. Stopper fits perfectly and tightly, has slight chipping to its tip. Hallmarks part rubbed but legible. Slight knocks to the silver. GBP29.99

STERLING SILVER HOBNAIL CUT GLASS DECANTER SHAPE PERFUME BOTTLE AS FOUND Item #58291
A fairly good looking & nice sized but damaged scent bottle. Has a crack to body in a diagonal from the upper to part way down a corner edge – it is not at all obvious without looking for it and not about to fall apart etc. Cracking to interior of the aperture area. Pitting to one small area of the shoulder at the silver collar area. Some bloom to interior. Stopper fits perfectly, minor nibbles. Hallmarks are totally rubbed/illegible other than the outline shape of the London assay office. Still looks great on display. GBP21.99

A good looking pair of sticks by Henry Matthews decorated with ribbons & swags. Overall reasonable – one hallmarks are totally rubbed and this one has some dents to plinth rim area, its underside baize is a bit multi-level & uneven. The other is not to bad with minor knocks, very slightly off true vertical. The vertical silver seam joins are slightly visible to both (see photo with the matchbox). Mustard spoon is a replacement by Levi & Salaman, Birmingham 1916. No monograms. Mustard pot unfortunately has a crack thru the body to front but not about to fall apart, still useable. Minor residue marks to interior. One of the condiment bottles as some bloom to interior. Stand is ok other than feint tarnish related marks to surface. No dents. Weighable silver (i.e. stand, one detachable lid and the spoon) is 210g. Total weight is 500g. GBP149.99

HUGE A4+ 144g STERLING SILVER EASEL PHOTO PICTURE FRAME BIRMINGHAM 1903 ANTIQUE Item #58320
A real ‘whopper’ of a frame – slightly bigger than A4 size! Fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1903. Visible photo area would be 30cm by 23.5cm. Stands on 2 bun feet. Easel backed. No glass. One top corner has slight dents and a break at the diagonal join, the other top corner has a less obvious break at the diagonal join. Doesn’t cause any major issues as such. Some slight bumps, knocks, scratches elsewhere. Easel is in reasonable condition for its age with some wear, some marks etc and missing its easel stand ribbon which could do with replacing to keep the easel more stable. The watermarked silk background to front has a small tear and some marks. Silver weight is 144g. Total weight is 474g. GBP119.99
