A lovely vintage Avery set of class 1 scales complete with weights from 1/2oz to 16oz, mouinted on a good later wooden plinth. They have a George V 1926 official verification mark. Note this will be dismantled for safer shipping. Fine with some surface marks, we have not polished this but it will come up nicely with some brasso or similar. Some of the weights have rub to their numbering etc, weights are a mix of Victorian and later. GBP49.99

A pair of silver plated candelabra in the Goergian style with heavily weighted bases. Detachable wax drip pans. UNUSUAL COPELAND SPODE BREAKFAST CRUET SET BONE CHINA ROSES ANTIQUE c. 1900 Item #60645
A quite intriguing & quirky late Victorian/Edwardian period piece by Copeland. We can only presume it was intended for serving scrambled eggs on toast or similar. Comprises a lidded ‘coupe’ type bowl, a toast rack, pepper pot and open salt pot, all pieces having their own recesses in the base plate. Not come across another piece like this before. Generally good but there are some imperfections in the glaze (from manufacture) especially evident to the toast rack & exterior of the salt pot on one area, and some fine ‘egg-shell’ glaze crazing here and there. The pepper pot filling aperture has historical damage which has been smoothed down and a now has a tight fitting cork bung (you need a watch screwdriver or similar to remove it for filling). GBP49.99
