A very nice looking ship’s style decanter with star cut base. Almost 100% this is Waterford in their Alana pattern but it does not have the Waterford etched mark to its base rim. SUPERB GEORGIAN REVIVAL SHIPS DECANTER – TRIPLE NECK RING – CRYSTAL CUT GLASS Item #61203
A really fine looking ship’s style decanter with a wide diameter base, very angular sides with step work & a fine variety of cutwork, cutwork to the neck rings and a mushroom shape stopper. Smoothed concave pontil mark to underside from the glass blowing process. Excellent, no body chips, no stopper chips just a tiny graze at top of the base area (hardly visible) and just some minimal bloom to interior, barely visible. The upper rim is slightly asymmetrical (i.e. not perfect circular) but it is just how it was blown. Stopper definitely original. Height measurement is to top of stopper. GBP99.99

Stopper has a chip to one side and some smaller nibbles. Although not a completely perfect fit it fits pretty much as it should so may just be a bit worn down from the years, it certainly looks to be contemporary with the base. Height measurement is to top of stopper. GBP99.99
