ELKINGTON – 40x SILVER PLATED ICE CREAM / SUNDAE DISHES BOWLS 1960’S COVENTRY Item #61471
A suite of 40 bowls by Elkington/BSL (Elkington was incorporated into BSL in the 60’s) – each having a crest of the City of Coventry (3 differing varieties). Suitable for any kind of amuse bouche dish (sorbet, ice cream, grapefruit segments etc). All generally gleaming silver, there are utensil marks, the odd dig / scratch etc. Some are marginally out of perfect shape at rims, a few have slight knocks. GBP399.99

A suite of 9 bowls by Elkington/BSL (Elkington was incorporated into BSL in the 60’s) – each with wording ‘Bridge Restaurant’. Made c. 1970. Suitable for any kind of amuse bouche dish (sorbet, ice cream, grapefruit segments etc). A suite of 37 bowls by Elkington/BSL (Elkington was incorporated into BSL in the 60’s) – each having a crest of the City of Coventry (3 differing varieties). These are worn and sold as such but the exteriors are quite good – they could be filled with floral oasis to make nice little posy centrepieces for wedding tables etc. Sold as found – these all have some issues with scratches/digs/wear etc – some have rim dents.
