An early c.20th silver plated stand with 2 removable pressed glass ramekins. Stand is gleaming silver, glass fine. Glass almost certainly not original to stand but works well enough! GBP19.99
ANTIQUE COAL SCUTTLE FORM SUGAR BOWL – FRANCIS HOWARD SHEFFIELD – SILVER PLATED Item #54014
An older coal scuttle form sugar bowl by Francis Howard of Sheffield with beaded rim and foot decoration. Overall gleaming silver with some minimal exterior wear, interior is very good. Scoop has obvious darker wear. One small very shallow dent to body on one side. Very slight knock to the footrim, wouldn’t call it a dent, not very noticeable. GBP19.99
OLD SHEFFIELD PLATE MEAT COVER DOME – ANTIQUE SILVER PLATED Item #54016
An early c.19th Old Sheffield Plate meat cover with tinned interior. It has 2 thicker panels of silver to sides which were intended for engraving but have never been engraved. It is of a wider but shallower form than usual. Height measurement is to base of handle. Overall gleaming silver with obvious copper bleed mainly to top area of dome. A few overall shallow dents and a small scratch to one end, slightly out of perfect shape but still good. Handle is a good slightly later replacement but fits perfectly and looks fine with the dome. GARRARD & CO SILVER PLATED 3 PIECE TEA SERVICE SET – VINTAGE Item #54017
An early c.20th 3 piece set by the prestigious Garrard & Co. All overall gleaming silver. Teapot has a few surface marks and a very small & shallow knock to body. Interior is fairly clean but has some wear to its base (see photos). Milk jug has a few small spots to one side of body at exterior. GBP34.99
OLD SHEFFIELD PLATE CRUET SET – SILVER PLATED & GLASS c. 1840 ANTIQUE Item #54018
An Old Sheffield Plate cruet set, the 2 pepper pots having sterling silver lids partially hallmarked for Birmingham 1840. The mustard pot is unusually all glass and without a spoon slot. Underside of the stand is tinned. Stand is overall gleaming silver with some general surface marks and slight wear. Handle has some historical resoldering to top and where it meets the stem but it isn’t immediately obvious. Glassware is generally good with some minor fleabiting to collars etc. Silver lids fit nicely. Some chipping to ends of stoppers, the small bottles stopper would have probably had a cayenne spoon attached. One stopper is a replacement with a different style of cut. Hallmarks to the 2 silver lids are part rubbed but between them you can work out the date etc. GBP74.99

A late c.19th silver plated teapot by Frederick Charles Asman & Co of Sheffield, repousse work and chased body, one side monogrammed with a single initial ‘E’ Capacity is c. 1.5 pints. Overall gleaming silver, some darker wear to the non-monogrammed side and slightly to the lid at hinge end. Small dent to the top of lid at the fluting. Small dent to lower body on the non-monogrammed side towards spout. Interior is quite clean with some minor tarnish. GBP29.99

A very nice looking trifle serving bowl (you could use it as a fruit bowl etc of course) complete with its original blown glass liner. Nicely fluted lower body and good side handles. Imported by A&J. Zimmermann who usually imported sterling silver items from Germany. Overall gleaming silver, some slight wear (nickel bleed) to interior base but of course it wouldn’t notice when in use. Glass is good, there is a small ‘burst bubble’ which has been there since it was hand blown. GBP25.99

Overall gleaming silver, scratch to lid that looks to have been caused by the handle at some stage but it is mainly covered when the handle is in its locked position. A lovely Old Sheffield Plate entrée dish c. 1800 with good demi-lion rampant crest to one side of lid and a beautiful detachable handle. Overall very good for age, gleaming silver with some surface marks, some slight utensil scratches to interior. Minor silver losses at the seam joins of lid edge rim. Some circular scratches to lid caused by the handle but cant be seen when handle locked in place. Handle locks nice and tightly. GBP74.99

An antique Christofle moules bowl with lid. Overall gleaming silver, some surface marks/utensil marks from use, no dents. Underside of bowl has some wear. Note that the lid is slightly ill-fitting on the bowl rim, it is the correct one though. It needs a push on the lid knob when in position and it fits reasonably tightly to the bowl. GBP39.99

A beautiful Old Sheffield Plate serving bowl c. 1800 engraved with a crest of an eagles head with crown to neck between two plumes of feathers. It has its original interior liner bowl designed so that you would keep food cold (or hot) by filling the area below it with ice or hot water. The interior of the main bowl is tinned.
