An unusual sterling silver rimmed hobnail cut glass lemon dish fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1895. You could use it for serving a dip/jam/pickle etc. Some minor rim knocks to silver and some minimal fleabiting to the underside. Makers marks are unclear. Fork (and lemons!) not included in the sale. GBP21.99

A vintage sterling silver brush & mirror set by Broadway & Co in the beautiful Reynolds Angels pattern. The 2 brushes are fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1954 and the mirror 1955. Silver all fine with a lovely patina due to the engrained tarnish. No dents. Mirror glass has a minor area of fogginess towards bottom but still perfectly useable. Bristles good. GBP74.99

4 INTERESTING ANTIQUE FIDDLE TODDY LADLES – GILT BOWLS – SILVER PLATED Item #53704
A lot of 4 toddy ladles unusually having gilt washed bowl interiors. 3 are monogrammed ‘EB’ and the longer one is ‘EK’. Makers marks for the ‘EK’ one are ‘*JM*, the other 3 are ‘T, lion, crown, fleur-de-lis, P’ One of the ‘EB’ ones has a small rim break to bowl at handle join area but still solid. The ‘EK’ one looks to have some filing down of bowl rim to one side of handle. GBP59.99

A most magnificent condition double ended marrow scoop and spoon in rattail pattern, by Jeremiah King, fully hallmarked for London 1728. Marital monogram I over W.S. Quite splendid for age, has been recently polished but not over zealously. Hallmarks are exceptionally bright and clear. GBP299.99

UNUSUAL THREE SIDED HOBNAIL STERLING SILVER SCENT PERFUME BOTTLE 1902 ANTIQUE Item #53717
A lovely looking and very unusual shaped bottle with nice hobnail cut oval panels to each of its three sides and a sterling silver repousse lid fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1902, maker Sanders & Aquilar. The lid is monogrammed ‘LSR’ but not that obviously. Original stopper to interior. Very good, no damage to glass or stopper other than 1 tiny fleabite to one of the lower ovals, which is pretty much invisible. Silver lid has some very slight knocks. GBP49.99

BEAUTIFUL KINGS VICTORIA CHILDS SPOON & FORK – STERLING SILVER 1856 ANTIQUE Item #53718
A fine sterling silver child’s spoon & fork in the ‘Victoria’ pattern (a variant of Kings pattern), made by Hilliard & Thomason and each piece fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1856. Monogrammed ‘MAE’. Both in good overall condition, just a tiny surface knock to fork handle and a dew tarnish related spots to bowl interior. The case although correct period is not original to the pair and although they do not fit in the compartments, but it still houses them quite nicely when upturned. Total weight of spoon & fork is 56g. GBP59.99

HEAVY 624g STERLING SILVER CIGAR CIGARETTE BOX – BIRMINGHAM 1922 Item #53723
An engine turned sterling silver clad cigarette box with cedar wood interior having a removable interior slot, so can also be used for cigars. Gilt washed interior of lid. Very heavy gauge silver, there is no weighting in the lid and just a little in the base. No monograms or engraving. Made by Wm Neale Ltd and fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1922. Has some denting mainly to rear side and slightly to front corners and lid corners. Some tarnish marks. GBP299.99

A stunning condition larger serving spoon in unmarked Norwegian silver with large mother of pearl shell bowl. Made by David-Andersen c. 1890. A Victorian sterling silver handled Kings pattern jam spoon with a silver plated bowl etc. Made by Barnett Henry Abrahams, the handle is fully hallmarked for Sheffield 1897. Handle has some gentle surface knocks but overall in reasonable shape. There is some silver loss at edges of the bowl rim but it doesn’t look too bad. Some slight wear to underside of bowl. GBP9.99

A pair of slightly as found egg spoons fully hallmarked for Glasgow 1829. No monograms. Fiddle pattern. One bowl out of shape and slight surface scratches and a slight raised bump in the silver to top of handle (how it was made). Other bowl has a fault type small crack at rim but it doesn’t go through the bowl to the other side, so technically not a split. GBP19.99

A good looking sterling silver Queen Anne fluted mustard pot by Walker & Hall, fully hallmarked for Sheffield 1902, complete with blue glass liner and a later silver mustard spoon. Pot is generally fine, a tiny ‘split’ in the seam join at front but its barely noticeable. The soldering of the hinge join area looks a little on the heavier than usual side but appears to be original from what we can tell. Glass liner has some rim chipping to one end. Spoon fine. Total silver weight is 49g. GBP49.99

A good looking taller oval shaped pot fully hallmarked for Chester 1922 and made by Haseler & Bill (E J Haseler & C Bill). A couple of tiny surface knocks to one shallow end, but no real dents or damage. Glass liner fine. Silver weighs 36g. GBP29.99

A good looking mustard pot by the lady silversmith Florence Warden fully hallmarked for Chester 1897. Lid has an armorial crest to one side of an arm brandishing a cross. Overall good with minor surface marks. Finial is at a slight angle. Glass liner fine. Silver weighs 35g. GBP59.99

A fine looking drum mustard pot with repousse decoration. Made by Henry Williamson Ltd and fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1894. Complete with blue glass liner. No dents or damage, some surface marks. Liner fine with a few miniscule inner rim fleabites. Silver weight is 63g. GBP59.99

UNUSUAL OLD SILVER PENDANT CANDIDATE & OTHER JEWELRY ANTIQUE JEWELLERY Item #53814
Here are 3 pieces sold together. The larger piece is quite interesting and looks to have some real age to it, it would look great worn as a pendant on a chain. The stones are some form of agate. It has some tiny markings to rear side which are not intelligible. This piece measures 8.7cm long by 4.5cm wide at its fullest. The brooch with stones set is in 800 silver and has a makers mark of AGJ or similar – this is 3cm long. The fob is sterling silver & fully hallmarked for Chester 1897. This is 2.7cm. Pendant is fine with tarnish, brooch needs a new pin as original has broken, and has some tarnish. The fob is ok, suspension loop wearing a little thin but not broken. GBP49.99

A small suite of flatware by Sandrik of Slovakia, early c.20th, all pieces having the same monogram ‘HWB’. Includes a good tea strainer, cake server, tongs, meat fork, ladle and dinner and tea knives. All hand polished & gleaming silver with some use marks. Slight wear to rear of ladle bowl and a few spots to its interior. Tea knife has small areas of plate loss to rear side of handle. Some scratches to the cake server. A suite of pieces by Arthur Krupp made c. 1938 including pair of salad servers, 2 cake forks, cake server, sugar tongs, butter knife and spreader, pickle fork, serving spoon, 2 ladles, 1 large tablespoon, 2 steel bladed dessert knives and 1 steel bladed table knife. Total of 16 pieces. All hand polished & gleaming silver with average use marks. Generally ok, the pickle fork has dents and steel blades have some slight tarnish.
