SUPERB LARGE DOUBLE CRUET SET – LION MASK – SILVER PLATED – SHEFFIELD VINTAGE Item #54864
A really fine example of a larger sized ‘double’ cruet set, lion masks to the feet and ornate border rim decoration. Blue glass liners. Made by J.B. Chatterley & Sons of Sheffield c. 1930. All gleaming silver, some minimal copper bleed to one of the mustard pot lid ridges, interiors have minor marks below the glass liners but have been kept very well over the years. A couple of the glass liners have some minor rim nibbles. No dents to pots other than a tiny pinhead one to underside of 1 pepper pot. Spoons are a mixture of replacement pieces in Old English pattern. GBP59.99

ANTIQUE COOPERED OAK BISCUIT BARREL C. 1900 Item #54866
A well constructed biscuit barrel in coopered oak with (ex) EPNS bands and mounts, swing handles and with ceramic liner to interior. Structurally fine, the original silver plated mounts & lid have completely worn back to nickel (consistently). Some glaze crazing to the ceramic interior, partly stained. GBP21.99
ANTIQUE EGG CODDLER WITH BURNER & RACK – SILVER PLATED Item #54867
A 4 egg coddler by the Army & Navy Co-operative society of London, c. 1900. Raised on ball and claw feet, complete with burner & interior removable egg rack. Overall gleaming silver with surface marks, some gentle lid knocks and slightly out of perfect shape at rim. Some wear to the interior base and underside, some wear to the burner and surrounding burner rack area. Still looks good. GBP39.99
ANTIQUE STUDENTS LAMP CANDLESTICK – SILVER PLATED C. 1900 Item #54868
A nice piece, this is a c. 12 inch nickel silver stick topped with a silver plated on copper reflector hood to angle the light from the candle. The candle is spring loaded from the interior so that it is always kept at the same height as it burns. Takes a ‘standard’ sized candle. Hood is gleaming silver with a few small dents to rear side and some minor wear. Stick itself not as gleaming as the hood and has some surface marks / wear. The interior spring has verdigris but is still perfectly fine and useable. GBP74.99

A very fine looking piece, this is a boat shaped bowl with profuse pierced body, decorated with repousse swags and lion masks. Would look fine filled with bread rolls etc. Georgian in style but almost certainly Edwardian in date, c. 1905. Absolutely gleaming silver with some minor copper bleed at the raised decoration. NICE LOOKING CRUET SET ON TRAY – SILVER PLATED on COPPER – VINTAGE Item #54873
A good looking 3 piece Silver on Copper cruet set complete with glass liners and with an ornate waiter tray raised on scroll feet and with chased decoration. Cruet set is gleaming silver with some slight copper bleed but looks great. Slight nibbles to the blue glass liners at rims. Some verdigris to interiors of the salt & mustard pots but hidden by the liners when in place and doesn’t affect use. Tray does have some wear & spotting from use but overall looks good with the set. Mustard spoon has some minor rim wear at its tip of bowl. GBP29.99
ORNATE CHASED TABLE CRUMB TRAY – SILVER PLATED – WM HUTTON SHEFFIELD Item #54874
A good looking Victorian table crumb tray by Wm Hutton & Sons of Sheffield, made c. 1880. Bone handled. Overall gleaming silver, some very slight wear at the chasing and slight wear to rear side. Minor knock at the ferrule. Handle has cosmetic lines at one side, these are perfectly smooth and not a structural issue. GBP19.99
ANTIQUE OIL / VINEGAR etc BOTTLE COASTER STAND SILVER PLATED Item #54875
An earlier than usual small bottle coaster by Atkin Bros of Sheffield in EPBM, made c. 1890 or so. Comes with the glass oil/vinegar bottle shown with which it works quite nicely although not original to each other obviously. Overall gleaming silver but with obvious wear to exterior mainly above and below handles, and pitting to interior base. Still looks quite ok. No body dents, one miniscule knock to base rim, barely even noticeable. Glass is fine, stopper is a good fitting replacement. GBP19.99
ANTIQUE SILVER on COPPER TEA CADDY – INITIAL ‘B’ – SILVER PLATED Item #54876
A silver on copper tea caddy in Georgian style but appears to be a later example as there are no visible seam joins to body, albeit you can see a seam to the lid. The underside is monogrammed with a single initial ‘B’ and this certainly looks to be a Victorian engraving, so presumably a late Victorian example. Overall gleaming silver with some copper bleed ‘scratches’ to upper body below the & general wear to the lid. Some gentle dents to body. Underside has obvious platers or pawn brokers markings. Interior has some slight tarnish/residue at base. GBP34.99

A very nice piece by P.H. Vogel of Birmingham c. 1930, the cups measure 1 oz and 1.5oz and are silver plated with a gilt washed interior. They screw into the bamboo handle. A good looking 1 pint silver plated cocktail shaker by P.H. Vogel of Birmingham c. 1930. Engine turned decoration to body and lid. Unusually silver plated on copper. Absolutely gleaming silver, some minor exterior copper bleed at the engine turned decoration. The absolute tiniest of knocks to centre of the lid, but no dents as such. A very nice vintage ice bucket by J.B. Chatterley & Co of Sheffield with a silvered thermos style glass interior and a removable plastic ice basket. Lion mask & ring handles. Here are 2 vases both by Joseph Rodgers & Sons of Sheffield c. 1890 – one raised on claw feet. These are reasonably sized and will take several stems etc, not tiny ones. GOOD ROBERTS & BELK ANTIQUE SEMI FLUTED COFFEE SERVICE SET – SILVER PLATED Item #54882
A very nice looking set by Roberts & Belk with semi-fluted bodies. The pot is nicely pedestalled and has an ebony handle and finial, and even has its original Hessian coffee bag to interior. Milk jug and sugar bowl have gilt washed interiors. Made c. 1910. All gleaming silver, minor marks to the gilt wash to interior of the jug and bowl. The pot handle is slightly at an angle when compared with the spout but it appears that is was deliberately pinned like that. Pot interior good and clean. No dents. GBP47.99

A good looking & obviously historically well loved gourd shaped coffee pot with ornate chased and repousse work florals to body, the lid topped with a floral. Has historical repairs to feet & lid hinge joins & below the spout, but fairly well done and still looks good etc. Historically re-plated over the repairs other than the hinge repair. Some overall gentle denting/knocks. Interior is reasonably clean with some slight wear. It still a lovely looking & functional piece despite its many repairs etc. GBP24.99

ANTIQUE SILVER PLATED TEA POT C. 1870 – VICTORIAN Item #54886
A good looking Victorian silver plated tea pot of squat gourd shape with a floral final, on elaborate feet. Has been historically thickly re-silvered and is quite mirror like. Some slight wear in a line above one of the feet. Interior is fairly clean with a little wear. Slight loss to the edge of the finial flower petals. There is a ‘clonk’ to the interior of the spout when moved, it may be some sort of integral flow cut off device for when over-tipped or just something stuck in the spout – it still pours nicely enough. A few gentle knocks/ dents – nothing significant. Looks beautiful in real life. GBP29.99
