A collection of 4 stag antler handled sharpening steels. Longest is 33.5cm and shortest is 28.3cm One has some handle ‘cracks’ but all are absolutely solid and useable. Obviously some steel tarnish. GBP23.99

VINTAGE 43pc WOSTENHOLME IXL WOODEN HANDLE CANTEEN CUTLERY 6 SETTINGS STAINLESS Item #53950
A vintage set of cutlery & flatware by George Wostenholme of Sheffield c. 1960, with wooden handles and stainless steel uppers. 6 settings of dinner knife, dinner fork, dessert knife, dessert fork, dessert spoon, soup spoon + 4 tablespoons and 3 piece meat servers. Total of 43 pieces. All structurally fine with average marks from use. Handles have slight wear to varnish in places. The sharpening steel has some slight tarnish at its end. Case has some digs and scratches but overall ok. Some marks to the interior lid lining material. GBP79.99

VICTORIAN BUTTER SPREADER – UNMARKED SILVER – CARVED HANDLE Item #54137
A c.19th butter spreader with carved handle and unmarked silver blade. Rear blade strengthener has a dent, otherwise ok with some surface marks etc. Handle no major cracks, top & bottom edges at ferrule area have very fine hairlines but still absolutely solid and useable. GBP15.99

STERLING SILVER SUGAR CASTOR – OBVIOUS DENTS – BIRMINGHAM 1924 VINTAGE Item #54139
A sterling silver sugar castor by Marson & Jones, fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1924. Lightly weighted base. Has OBVIOUS overall dents to body, but still a useable piece. No hallmarks to lid but it is its correct one. GBP54.99

COLLECTION of CONTINENTAL / AMERICAN SOLID SILVER SPOONS 248g Item #54287
A group of mainly 800 standard and sterling silver spoons and food pusher. Total of 13 items. Generally good, we haven’t polished these. The Dutch bright cut sugar shovel has a good handle repair. Note some of the c.19th German ones do not have a ‘standard’ mark (this is not unusual) and are definitely silver. GBP199.99

A collection of 12 sterling silver napkin rings, all English hallmarked. 8 have monograms/engraving. Generally good, the odd small knock or dent to some. The Chippendale rim one and another one (front row middle) have more obvious general dents, the later also having a small rim break. GBP124.99

HUGE OLD SHEFFIELD PLATE SERVING TRAY – CRESTED – GEORGIAN ANTIQUE SILVER PLATED Item #55059
A very fine looking Old Sheffield Plate serving tray with finely hand chased surface and a central double crest. Raised on ornate feet. Tinned underside. Measures 71cm across the handles (28 inch), 59.5cm excluding the handles. Looks superb but does have slightly ugly repairs underneath to 2 rim splits, one split is visible right side up directly south of the crest at the central shell area of rim and for a few mm into the flat surface of tray, the other is pretty much invisible. How these breaks even happened in the first place is a bit of a mystery as there are no dents etc and the tray is obviously a heavy gauge copper beneath the silver. The tray is absolutely rock solid and perfectly useable and right side up still looks fantastic. GBP199.99

7X ANTIQUE STAG ANTLER HANDLE CARVING / MEAT FORKS Item #55066
A collection of 7 stag antler handled carving forks.. Longest is 31.2cm and shortest is 24.5cm. All structurally fine and solid, some cosmetic lines to handles but no nasty cracks etc. 2 thumb guards are slightly on the loose side. Obviously some steel tarnish. GBP34.99

A group of souvenir spoons in 800 standard including 2x French (Paris and Pelois), 2x Hildesheimer rose, a Sorrrento and a Spanish one missing its enamel badge. Generally ok, some tarnish. One of the Hildesheimer rose spoons has a minor flaw fissure in its casting to rear of handle. GBP29.99

A group of spoons including an Irish harp terminal example, Birmingham 1896, a Fowey spoon Birmingham 1915, an anointing spoon Birmingham 1910, A George V jubilee spoon Birmingham 1934, an enamel terminal spoon, Birmingham 1942. Harp spoon ok but would have originally have been set with agate stones, Fowey fine other than may have had its shield resoldered to handle, anointing spoon very slight rim knock, George V spoon bowl tip knock, enamel one some surface scratches/bowl tarnish marks and handle kink. GBP49.99

A deco period vase by E.Radford in shape #369, unusually this one is in an abstract drip glaze rather than the more usual hand painted variety. Looks quite ‘Shelley’. Quite an attractive piece. No damage. No backstamp. GBP19.99

PAIR OF GEORGIAN CUT GLASS DEMI DECANTERS – ANTIQUE Item #55075
A nice smaller sized pair of decanters with ring necks and their original hobnail cut stoppers. Both decanters fine with no chips or cracks, very minimal nibbles to the stopper bases. Some bloom to interiors but clean. GBP29.99

ART DECO COTTAGE RANGE 6777 BISCUIT BARREL – VINTAGE Item #55076
A 1930’s biscuit barrel in ceramic with chrome swing handled upper and lid, the lid with a cherry bakelite knob. Overall good, some glaze crazing and a small footrim nibble. Some general scuffs to the chrome work and slight wear to handle, would benefit from some chrome polish. GBP19.99

A vintage case for 8 settings, fairly easy to fit. Will take c. 23.5cm and 21.5cm + knives. Exterior has slight scuffs/digs but reasonable enough. Interior felt is a little fluffy and a little worn in places but ok enough. GBP24.99

VINTAGE WILKINSON SWORD RAZOR – EMPIRE MODEL – METAL CASED Item #55080
A vintage Wilkinson Empire razor in original chrome clad box with wooden interior, complete with 2 spare blades, instructions etc. Good, exterior of case gleaming chrome with minor surface marks. Razor and stand would benefit from a metal polish. No sharpening strop in the case. GBP24.99

VICTORIAN POT POURRI BOWL – HOBNAIL GLASS & SILVER PLATED – 1886 ANTIQUE Item #55081
A Victorian hobnail glass bowl bearing design registration number 45942 corresponding with design in 1886. Silver plated fret worked dome lid. Glass is perfect. Lid overall gleaming silver but with some slight nickel bleed wear in a patch to top area. This can be turned away from you on e.g. a shelf so that it is not so obvious. GBP17.99

Here are 3 silver salt spoons – one by Anne & George Burrows London 1805, monogram ‘JHW’, one by ‘IB’ London 1806 monogram ‘W’, fiddle pattern one by Robert Stebbings London 1885, no monogram. JHW: pinhead dent to bowl. W: general small pinhead knocks to one side of bowl. Fiddle: slight flaw line in the silver at top front of handle (not a crack). GBP35.99

Here are 2 nice Victorian salt spoons, a seal top style one Chester 1909, and an Onslow pattern one London 1884. Both have some salt/tarnish related bowl marks but otherwise ok, Seal top hallmarks/makers marks part rubbed. GBP29.99

3X STERLING SILVER BUTTER KNIVES CUTLERY Item #55087
Here are 3 sterling silver butter knives, an Old English one Birmingham 1903, another Old English one Sheffield 1938, and stepped design one Sheffield 1945. 1903 one has slight snub to blade tip. Surface marks to all from use etc. 1945 one has some feint tarnish related marks mainly to rear side of blade. GBP38.99

5X STERLING SILVER GOLF GOLFING SPOONS – VINTAGE Item #55088
A group of 5 golf replated spoons including a W.H. Haseler (silversmiths to Liberty & Co) figural golfer. All are English hallmarked. Some surface marks/tarnish marks. The Haseler’s golfers club is missing its end but not immediately obvious. A couple of the others have slight bowl tip knocks. GBP49.99

A larger pair of tongs in fiddle pattern, no monograms. Bear partial hallmarks for London 1813, maker appears to be ‘JH’. Overall good with surface marks etc, very slight arm kinks from use, but hardly noticeable. Makers marks part rubbed. GBP29.99

STERLING SILVER 106g CHRISTENING MUG CUP VINERS SHEFFIELD 1936 Item #55097
A christening cup by Emile Viner fully hallmarked for Sheffield 1936. No engraving. Has one shallow dent to lower belly area towards front. Some feint tarnish marks to interior base. Seam join at top of handle is slightly ‘open’, probably always been like it, ideally it needs a very fine line of silver solder over it. It is totally smooth to touch anyway. A small area of coloration to the silver above and below the hallmarks. GBP89.99
