Jams' (the design number registered in 1897) and the berry bowl serving spoon is advertising 'Parkers Cambridge Caramels'.

Here are 3 berry bowl jam spoons by J.H. Potter of Sheffield, 2 are a silver plated matched pair (one having a light gilt wash to bowl), the odd one is in their SILVA range (nickel silver alloy) but just as gleaming as the plated ones.
