Here are matching boxed sets of dinner and side/dessert knives by Taylor's of Sheffield with pale cream coloured acetate faux bone handles and steel blades.
A good looking bellied jug of c. 1.5 pints capacity raised on hoofed feet. Has graduating holes to inside of spout to allow fluid thru but retain larger contents so definitely for iced water or similar.
A fine looking pair of fish servers with carved mother of pearl handles and bright cut silver plated uppers. They have sterling silver ferrules fully hallmarked for Sheffield 1909.
This is a really good looking and unusual 'Patent Hemispherical' double lid roll-top raised on elaborate claw feet. Looks a little like an armadillo! Complete with interior drip tray and dish. Made by John Harrison of Sheffield c. 1880.
