A good looking antique c.19th French drinks tray with very ornate side handles and beaded rim decoration. Made by Felix Freres. Raised on 4 feet. Gleaming silver with some utensil scratch marks and some tiny pits in a patch – looks fine still. No dents. Has a very slight wobble on the flat. GBP27.99

A good looking vintage 3 piece hotel style tea set, the tea pot is marked as 1.5 pints capacity. All hand polished & gleaming silver with some use marks. MOTHER OF PEARL 6x SILVER PLATED DESSERT FORKS – SHEFFIELD C. 1865 – ANTIQUE Item #56567
A set of 6 carved mother of pearl handle and close silver plated (silver on steel) dessert forks, made by Parkin & Marshall of Sheffield c. 1865. All structurally fine and useable, some minor nibbles to the handles at edges of carving. One has a couple of parallel lines in the pearl to front of handle probably caused an elastic band or similar. A couple of the handles have some small dark flecks in the pearl. Plating generally good with some minor wear, use marks & slight scratches from use. GBP35.99

A part set of 5 carved mother of pearl handle and close silver plated (silver on steel) dessert knives, made by Parkin & Marshall of Sheffield c. 1865. All structurally fine and useable, some minor nibbles to the handles at edges of carving and one handle has a small dig do its rear side at hilt end. A c.19th 1 pint pewter mug of waisted form, bearing ‘1 Pint Imperial’ marking to one side with a small ‘XL’ mark above this, and ‘X’ over crown mark to interior base. Structurally fine, a very small body dent to one side, slight rim dents and slight dent to handle. Some minor wear. GBP17.99

ROYAL WORCESTER JAPANESQUE PITCHER / JUG & 2x BEAKERS STERLING SILVER RIMS 1882 Item #56573
A lovely set comprising of a two pint sized pitcher and 2 matching beakers by Royal Worcester with sterling silver rims hallmarked for London 1882, maker Brockwell & Son (Henry Titterton Brockwell). Overall very good, no chips just a tiny nick to the footrim of one beaker, no cracks other than a minor star shaped ‘craze’ line to base on both interior and exterior but it rings true when pinged etc. Minor crazing to interior top neck of jug on opposite side to spout. One small dig to the gilding to the jug handle. Makers marks are part unclear to the silver rims. These are all very minor overall, its in overall splendid condition for age. GBP174.99
UNUSUAL VICTORIAN JASPERWARE GLAZED MUG – FACTORY CABINET PIECE – ANTIQUE Item #56574
A finely decorated glazed Jasperware mug of c. 1/2 pint size, lilac ground and gilt finished with a monogram to front ‘JCW’. It appears to have been made as a Cabinet display piece for the factory, as has the word ‘Cabinet’ penned in ink UNDER the glaze to base. Displays lovely but does have a few issues, a c. 6cm very historical vertical hairline from rim (only visible to interior, nothing at all corresponding at exterior) and some ink type staining to interior, but this is under the glaze. Some gilt rub to rim. No chips. There is no Wedgwood marking as such. GBP24.99

Here are 2 vintage sets, one is a 3 piece with a nice textured ‘bark’ type effect design to backs, set with turquoise coloured glass beads, the other is a 4 piece including comb with a floral fabric backing under plastic. English made. Both structurally fine, minor use marks etc. The 4 piece set mirror has some very slight fogginess and a very minor top rim blemish to glass but still perfectly useable. A vintage maté tea / yerba cup made by Industria Argentina, the body is a calabash gourd overlaid with ornate silver on copper with real gold highlighting. Originally made for drinking thru a bombilla tea straw, but they can obviously be used for other things and it also makes a nice candlestick or small posy vase. The ‘lid’ is actually an old silver plated on copper candelabra snuffer, but fits like a glove in the aperture and makes it look very nice sitting on a shelf etc. No damage, some tarnish to interior neck. Copper bleed showing thru the silver. Height measurement is to rim. GBP23.99

A vintage boxed set of egg cup, spoon and coaster – the coaster has a stork design with a vacant area for engraving with a name if desired and a clock which could be engraved with the baby time of birth & scales for engraving the birth weight. The egg cup is plain bodied, the spoon has a tiny mouse and balloon design. All overall gleaming silver, the egg cup does have some visible patchy tarnish guard wear to exterior and the spoon very slightly. Coaster is nice and shiny.
