TUDRIC PEWTER BEER MUG TANKARD #050 – 1905 SPORTS TROPHY St CHADS – ANTIQUE Item #55945
An early heavyweight Tudric pewter beer mug in shape 050, engraved to front as a trophy prize for St Chad’s Hostel, Hooton Pagnell, Athletic Sports 1905 – won by a S.C.H. Staley Nice unpolished patina. There is a small historical repair at the belly rim area to front with a pinprick hole only visible from interior. Tudric mark is a little rubbed to underside. GBP124.99

VINTAGE HORSE HAIR SINGEING TOOL T.E. BLADON 1940 – FINE CONDITION Item #55946

VERY LARGE ANTIQUE BRONZE HAND BELL – town crier etc Item #55949
An exceptionally large old bronze hand bell with a nice turned wood handle and brass riveted ferrule. Cast iron clanger. General pitting to the bronze, rust to the clanger ball and chain but still works perfectly well as it is. Very heavy! GBP39.99

An early c.20th nicely made brass tobacco or cigarette box with lid that doubles as an ashtray. Finely chased exterior. Probably Indian origin. Overall good, very minor dent to footrim and some surface marks. Lid fits nice and snugly. GBP9.99

ARTS & CRAFTS BRASS SERVING / DRINKS TRAY – NICE SHAPE & WEIGHT – ANTIQUE Item #55952
An early c.20th brass tray with planished (hand hammered) finish & good riveted handles. Measures 53cm across the handles, 46.5cm excluding the handles and 27cm wide. No damage. General surface marks / ring marks. Has not been polished in some time. GBP17.99

ANTIQUE SILVER PLATED & GLASS CRUET SET on STAND – BARKER BROS Item #55953
An early c.20th cruet set stand by Barker Bros with 3 of its original cut glass jars + a good fitting replacement jar with shaker lid. Comes with a good mustard spoon in bead pattern by Elkington. Stand is gleaming silver with some minor surface marks. Plating to the jars is a little worn but overall gleaming silver. Mustard pot has a good historical repair to its hinge. Glass is all fine. Spoon fine, minor marks. GBP24.99

WMF SILVER PLATED SUGAR BOWL WITH GLASS LINER – EARLY C.20TH Item #55954
A silver plated pedestalled sugar bowl by WMF with thick cobalt blue glass liner. Bowl is overall gleaming silver with slight plate wear and some slight verdigris to interior but hidden by the liner. One tiny knock to body. Glass is a good fitting replacement but has some slight movement, this is easily rectified with a piece of ‘sticky tack’ (included!). GBP24.99

CONICAL HOBNAIL CUT GLASS STERLING SILVER PERFUME BOTTLE – LONDON 1911 ANTIQUE Item #55955
A nice looking tapering conical deep hobnail cut glass perfume bottle with silver collar fully hallmarked for London 1909, maker Robert Pringle (probably). Original stopper. Makers marks are part rubbed, slight dent to the silver at hallmark area. Some minor fleabiting / small surface chips at the base edge and slight nibble chips to the interior of the neck but nothing that significant. Stopper thin end is chipped but nothing sharp. GBP34.99

PAIR CONICAL HOBNAIL CUT GLASS STERLING SILVER PERFUME BOTTLES 1907 ANTIQUE Item #55956
A very beautiful pair of larger conical shape perfume bottles with hobnail & lozenge cutwork and star cut bases, lovely sterling silver collars fully hallmarked for London 1907 with an unengraved shield to fronts. Made by Schindler & Co (David Loebl). Have been fairly well cared for over the years, glass is fine to both other than one surface chip to a facet near base & minor non-threatening cracks to inside of neck, as is fairly usual. Both stoppers are fine and original. Tiny knocks to the silver only. Quite splendid! GBP99.99

LOVELY SHAPE CUT GLASS & STERLING SILVER PERFUME BOTTLE – CHESTER 1930 Item #55957
A very nice and unusual shape deep cut glass perfume bottle with silver collar fully hallmarked for Chester 1930, maker William Vale & Sons. Glass is excellent with no chips or cracks and just a couple of tiny fleabites to the stopper. A few tiny pinprick digs to the silver, very minimal. Makers marks not totally clear. Some slight residue to interior. GBP34.99

A very nicely cut perfume bottle, heavyweight glass with concentric stepped neck cuts. Sterling silver collar fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1904, maker ‘J A W & Co’. Main exterior of body is fine with just 1 tiny fleabite. Inside of neck has some nibbles and a slight crack but nothing significant. Stopper has chips to base and some fleabiting to its upper. Fits perfectly. Silver has some dents at its rim. GBP29.99

STERLING SILVER CUT GLASS PERFUME BOTTLE – BIRMINGHAM 1925 Item #55959
A heavier cut glass / lead crystal bottle with deep cutwork and silver collar fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1925. Main body of glass is fine with just a few very tiny fleabites. Slight ‘V’ crack to interior neck but nothing to worry about. Stopper fits very nicely but probably not original and has an obvious chip to its top and to base. Silver collar has some obvious digs /small dents at the hallmark area. Despite its several faults, it is still a good looking piece! GBP23.99

A nice looking heavy cut glass conical shape bottle with geometrical style cutwork and faceted sides. Silver collar (marks rubbed). Main body of glass is fine with just a minor fleabite, no real chips. Some cracking to interior of neck but doesn’t cause any issues. Stopper is not original but fits reasonably well. Hallmarks to silver are very rubbed, some general knocks and digs. GBP27.99

A nice shape cut glass perfume bottle by William Vale & Sons, hallmarks rubbed. Glass is overall very nice with just a few tiny fleabites. Stopper has a minor nibble and its interior has some ‘trapped bubbles’ from manufacture. COLLECTION OF CUT GLASS SCENT PERFUME BOTTLES Item #55968
A nice small collection of bottles including a high quality heavy crystal example with exaggerated length ‘dabber’ stopper (original to it), another finely cut example, an atomiser example (a/f), a small square based one and a faceted flask with a silver plated and cork stopper. Glass is all fine and undamaged. The atomiser example has some dents to its silver upper and no longer pumps, so its purely decorative. The flask example has some cloudiness to interior of glass. GBP29.99

COLLECTION OF CUT GLASS HAIR TIDY JARS – STERLING SILVER LIDS Item #55969
A small collection of hair tidy jars, all with sterling silver lids. The largest is London 1924, the next largest is London 1920 and the smaller example is Birmingham 1913 and has ‘Hair Tidy’ engraving. The largest example has a smooth rim chip, otherwise glass is good. All 3 have some dents to their silver. The smallest one has a couple of splits but not obvious unless examined from underneath. All lids are correct & fit tightly etc. Total silver weight is 53g. GBP49.99

UNUSUAL ANTIQUE SILVER PLATED & GLASS BEER MUG TANKARD Item #55970
A nice looking and unusual piece with an ‘all glass’ body and silver plated frame and handle. The handle has classic acanthus style scroll. Capacity is c. 3/4 of a pint. No damage. Plating is gleaming silver with some minor wear. Some discoloration to the cement visible thru the glass to bottom, it is a minor point. GBP19.99

BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE SILVER PLATED & PORCELAIN BISCUIT BARREL Item #55971
This really is a superb piece – blush ivory raised foliate porcelain body with gilt finish and a stunning silver plated upper with a finely cast swing handle and a superb lid with its finial formed as a bust of a cherub. Bright cut work to the acanthus to lid. Absolutely superb, no damage, plating is exceptional with not a hint of any wear and just some minimal marks etc. Handle stays upright nicely. Height measurement quoted is from base to the lid rim. GBP44.99

A real heavyweight of a butter knife by George Adams for Chawner & Co, fully hallmarked for London 1859. ANTIQUE FRENCH STERLING SILVER HANDLED MEAT CHOP / JOINT HOLDER Item #55983
A French silver handled chop holder with key clamp upper in steel. Bears Minerva mark to the handle. No makers marks. Some tarnish to the steel end. Handle has a small split in the silver at the join with the steel section on one side. It doesn’t cause any problems and it is absolutely solid. Perfectly useable. GBP21.99

ART DECO STERLING SILVER 8 INCH VASE – WALKER & HALL SHEFFIELD 1940 Item #55985
A larger sized vase by Walker & Hall, made during WW2. Very deco shape! Fully hallmarked for Sheffield 1940. Weighted base but at least half the weight is silver as its ‘balance point’ when held horizontally is at the narrow part of stem. So at least 134g of silver here. Comes with a glass flute too. Has some dents to body and a pinprick sized hole that you can only see from inside. It is easy enough to plug with a small piece of blue-tack etc but the vase does also come with a glass flute that fits inside nicely. Some tarnish to interior. Vase weighs 268g. GBP84.99

12x VINTAGE BONE & FAUX BONE NAPKIN RINGS – NUMBERED ETC Item #55986
A collection of mainly early c.20th acetate faux bone napkin rings, mainly numbered, one with a silver monogram. Also 3 unnumbered turned bovine bone examples. 12 in total. The numbers ones include a good run of 1 thru 6 in various sizes plus additional numbers 3 and 4 (these ones numbers are a little rubbed). Some surface marks etc. #5 has a slight scratch. The bone ones have slight staining, 1 of these has a nicely glued crack, another has a slight chip to rim. GBP29.99
