2X ANTIQUE SILVER PLATED WICKER HANDLED JUGS – BARKER BROS Item #100603
Here are 2 lovely pieces, a cream jug with self opening lid, capacity c. 1/2 pint and a 1.5 pint pitcher. Both are by Barker Bros. Both exteriors are gleaming fairly mirror like, minor marks. The odd small knock to bodies and a small dent to the front footrim area of the smaller but not that noticeable. Both have some wear to interior bases. Both handles have slight fraying to pieces of wicker but still mainly intact. The larger one has a thin wooden shield to the front of the thumbplate, unsure if this is original or a home-made add on. Very slight crack in the wood. GBP34.99
WMF CRANBERRY GLASS & SILVER PLATED SUGAR BOWL + ANOTHER ANTIQUE Item #100604
A lovely looking pedestalled oval shape bowl (they are usually circular) by WMF complete with its cranberry glass liner, together with a Victorian bowl also complete with cranberry liner. WMF one: Glass excellent. Plating is gleaming silver with some very minor wear to the decoration at the footrim, hardly noticeable. There is a small old repair to the fret worked gallery near one of the handles but not noticeable with glass in place. Note the WMF stamp is a bit weird, but its definitely a WMF piece! Antique one: Plating is pretty much all worn back to nickel. This was originally swing handled and has had its handle removed as evidenced by the 2 breaks in the upper rim decoration. Glass is fine. A lovely comb holder by Fenton, Russell & Co Ltd fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1905. Complete with a faux tortoiseshell comb. Some overall small knocks to the silver mainly along the top edge. Pin holes from a previous comb mounting. Comb itself has all its teeth but with some surface wear in places, mainly to the smaller teeth. Accurate silver weight is 9.5g GBP19.99

Both drip pans slightly out of perfect shape. Looks to be some slight ‘varnish’ or similar in places but its not that obvious. Superior gauge of silver. The drip pans alone weigh a combined 46g. A cased set of 6 sterling silver handled shorter length tea knives with Harrods branded stainless steel 3 inch palette shaped blades. Some knocks to handles but all good and sturdy. One handle is slightly askew compares with blade but only a little bit. Blades very good. Hallmarks are quite rubbed but you can piece together that it is the Sheffield ‘i’ for 1926. Case has some marks and scuffs etc. GBP49.99
