UNUSUAL SHELL BOWL & CABOCHON SERVING SPOON + ANOTHER – WHITE METAL – VINTAGE Item #100326
A nice looking serving spoon with a hollow pewtery-silver colour metal handle set with a red glass cabochon, end of handle with a swirling turquoise coloured cabochon (not sure what material it is) and with a shell bowl with applied metal rim glued to the main stem. No idea of origin, not seen another one. Comes with a smaller similarly made on with a shell terminal and shell bowl. As made. Traces of glue to both the shell join and cabochon areas of the larger one. No damage. Look great! GBP29.99
SMALL JOB LOT OF 925 830 SOLID SILVER ETC SOUVENIR SPOONS Item #100334
A nice little lot comprising 2x 925 standard Llama spoons from Peru, an 800 standard ‘Goat’ spoon from Lenserheide, a 925 Canadian Niagara Falls spoon with enamel bade, an 830 standard spoon with filigree work to handle and 2 unmarked silver Chinese spoons. All in good order. One of the Peru spoons has some pot marks from manufacture to rear of bowl. The 925 spoons have a total weight of 32.5g, the 830 spoon has a weight of 11.8g, the 800 spoon has a weight of 8.3g and the 2 Chinese unmarked spoons have a weight of 17.6g (these are probably 900 standard). JOB LOT OF 18 STERLING SILVER HANDLED TEA KNIVES CUTLERY – AS FOUND Item #100339
A job lot of tea knives, 3x sets of 6. All have sterling silver handles. The Queens patterns ones have silver on steel blades and are fully hallmarked for Sheffield 1911, the plainer style ones are Sheffield 1919 and have silver on steel blades and the more deco looking ones are Sheffield 1936/37, these have stainless steel blades. As found. The Queens ones handles are all good with minor knocks, blades exhibit wear. Plainer ones all have gaping at their hilt joins and some handle dents, as do the deco style ones. GBP99.99
