An early c.20th 3 piece carving set by G.W. Belk of Sheffield with polished cow horn handles and steel uppers. In mock-croc case. All structurally fine, no damage other than some very minor nibbles to the horn end caps. There are some tarnish marks to the steel as it pre-dates stainless steel. STAG ANTLER HANDLED CARVING SET – WALKER & HALL – CASED – ANTIQUE Item #57303
A late Victorian 3 piece carving set by Walker & Hall with stag antler handles and steel uppers. In original fitted case. All structurally fine, no damage. The ferrules are sterling silver and fully hallmarked for 1929-1934 period. Original 2 layer mahogany veneer case. All hand polished & gleaming silver with some use marks. Top layer is less used than the bottom layer but none excessively. No handle damage. Some of the ferrule hallmarks are rubbed/unclear. A sterling silver mustard pot of nice shape, almost looking like a chess piece. Fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1912. Weighted base. Comes with the silver mustard spoon shown which is Chester 1917. Slight dents to base rim and minor lid knocks. Weighted base, cement has some cracking but is still intact. Glass liner has damage to rim but still functional. STERLING SILVER 644g QUEEN ANNE FLUTE WATER / COFFEE JUG SHEFFIELD 1894 ANTIQUE Item #57333
A good Victorian sterling silver large hot water jug (could also be used as a coffee jug) fully hallmarked for Sheffield 1894, maker Harrison Brothers & Howson (Henry Harrison). Has a later presentation engraving to underside but no engraving to body itself. Capacity with a full fill is 2.5 pints. No dents other than a minor bump to the underside front. Handle has a cosmetic hairline crack at top on one side emanating from the pin join – it is absolutely solid with no wobble and it doesn’t cause any problems. Some surface / tarnish marks and slight scouring to the lid area. GBP349.99

FINE ANTIQUE HANAU 381g SOLID SILVER DISH – GEORG ROTH 800 STANDARD Item #57335
A good sized twin handled dish by Georg Roth of Hanau bearing the German standard marking and 800 marks. Raised on shallow feet. Measures 33.5cm across the handles, 27.5cm excluding the handles and 20cm wide. No obvious issues, one handle join may have been resoldered at some stage when viewed from underside but there is no evidence of it from front. Minor surface marks and some traces of historical gilt wash at central area. GBP199.99

A 24 piece set of fish eaters with mother of pearl handles and silver plated uppers. They have sterling silver ferrules fully hallmarked for Sheffield 1901. Made by Barnet Henry Abrahams. In original fitted case. All hand polished & generally gleaming silver. A few pieces have some obvious plate wear. One of the silver ferrules has movement. Handles generally very good, no chips other than a minor surface graze to one fork near the ferrule, another couple have a minor stress crack line at ferrule area. Case lining has some marks and slight balding to the velvet in places. Exterior is good with a few scratches. No key. GBP149.99

Fork has a very small area of wear to front hilt at the ferrule join and a small ‘fault’ line in the plating to rear side – right hand prong if viewed from rear – it is not a crack just a small surface ‘line’.
