An early c.20th large sized sauce boat by the Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co of London, half pint capacity, with a fiddle pattern sauce ladle by Wm Page. Boat is overall gleaming mirror-like silver with some slight wear to interior but it wouldn’t be visible when in use. A good looking pair of pots, silver plated on copper and of overall faceted shape with ropetwist rim de decoration. They bear design registration number 606564, corresponding with design in 1912. Capacity c. 1/2 pint. Would make a nice cafe au lait set. Both absolutely gleaming silver with some minor copper bleed. Interiors are very clean and have no issues, one having just a minor tarnish area to its very middle of interior. Lid finials are different across the 2 pots. GBP44.99

HIGH ART DECO SILVER PLATED TEA POT – BARKER BROS – VINTAGE Item #54437
An art deco teapot by Barker Bros, lovely ‘white’ acetate angular handle and stepped finial. Capacity is c. 2 pints. Overall gleaming silver, some slight wear at the protruding areas of body, looks worse in in the photos than it does in normal lighting. One side of body has some scuffs and a very shallow dent. There is a good small repair to the base rim on one side a the handle end, not that noticeable and its fine & watertight. Interior is quite clean with some minor tarnish marks. Lid finial has some cosmetic cracks. Despite a few issues it is still a fairly stunning piece of art deco design, looks great in a cabinet etc. GBP39.99

SILVER PLATED SPIRIT / TEA KETTLE ON STAND – ANTIQUE SHEFFIELD – DENTS Item #54441
A Victorian silver plated (EPBM) spirit kettle complete with its naturalistic twig form stand & burner. Capacity is 2 pints. It has a Victorian repair by James Deakin & Sons of Sheffield Overall gleaming silver with some slight wear patches to the pot body and some obvious dents. Front bottom of spout has a dent but it doesn’t affect its pour. Interior is good and quite clean. Note that the base of the pot has a period Victorian re-inforcement plate repair, it is fine and watertight. GBP44.99

LARGE SILVER PLATED & GLASS CRUET SET – ANTIQUE VICTORIAN 7 BOTTLE inc STERLING Item #54442
A c.19th silver plated cruet stand for 7 bottles with a well matched but slightly harlequin assortment of bottles. The mustard pot has a sterling silver upper hallmarked for Sheffield 1848, the 2 pepper shakers have silver lids hallmarked for Birmingham 1922 (Henry Matthews) and these were presumably made to replace original ones as they are in the same earlier style of glassware. There is a small bottle with a cayenne spoon attached to its stopper. Mustard spoon is silver plated. Overall looks splendid but it does have a few repairs etc. The stand is absolutely gleaming silver with some slight ring marks. It has solder repairs to 3 of its upright bottle restrainers, one of the restrainers is broken at base but it doesn’t affect functionality. Handle has a small hole to one side. Glassware has some chipping but still looks good on the table. One of the tall vinegar bottles has a spiral line to its inside of neck, possibly a crack but may well just be a scar from how it was made. One of the finals to pepper pot lid is missing/dented. GBP69.99

An antique chaffing dish by Wm Hutton & Sons of Sheffield complete with its original removable drip tray to interior. Great for serving sausages etc and keeping them warm. There is a reservoir accessible via the unscrewable body cap for filling with hot water. Absolutely gleaming silver with some patches of plate wear to lid at the handle area, otherwise quite mirror-like. A lovely shape late deco piece by Walker & Hall made just after WW2 (1946) with a nod towards the later 1950’s style. White acetate scroll type handles and 2 triple ridges to interior.
