BULK LOT OF 72 PALETTE SHAPE DINNER KNIVES SILVER PLATED HANDLES WALKER & HALL Item #100379
A rare opportunity to acquire a large bulk lot of matching dinner knives with palette shaped steel blades and silver plated handles in Reed & Ribbon pattern, made by Walker & Hall for the County Hotel Canterbury, early c.20th. All structurally sound and solid. These should polish up very nicely, there will be the odd small blemish or mark to some of the blades. A few have minor handle bumps, nothing major. GBP144

GORGEOUS CASED MOTHER OF PEARL SILVER PLATED CUTLERY SET STERLING FERRULES Item #100386
A fine looking 12 piece set with mother of pearl handles, sterling silver ferrules fully hallmarked for Sheffield 1902 and chased silver plated uppers, in a larger sized case with presentation plaque dated 1909. All handles fine, plating good other than one work has some minor wear to rear and one knife some very slight wear at makers marks to rear. Case has scuffs etc and missing one clasp fixing. GBP81.99

A very fine looking cased set of 6 tea knives and large cake knife with carved mother of pearl ‘Harley’ style handles and steel blades, in presentation case. Made by Wm Hutton & Sons of Sheffield. Most look totally unused, some very slight use marks when examined closely to the cake knife and a couple of tea knives but they are very slight marks, probably only used once or twice in 100 years!. Blades are mirror-like etc. Case has some scuffs. GBP51.99
