A very old hand bell with wooden handle and a suspending bell probably from a door bell system or similar.
Condition: Hand bell: looks like it has been repaired to its top a long time ago, handle replaced etc. Nice ring. Doorbell: some historical damage or poor casting to its very top of the suspension area, 'clangs' more than rings. Both have obvious age and wear.
