A lovely looking roll-top by Harrods Stores with part fluted lid and onslow style legs. Made by James Dixon for Harrods and bears a patent mark for 1894. The lid unusually rotates open via turning the ornate side handles, rather than the usual tab handle opener to front.
Condition: Absolutely gleaming silver. One small dent to the lid towards a handle at centre area and a few pinhead sized gentle knocks. Minor wobble on the flat.
