Lovely semi-iridescent mother of pearl pistol grip style handles and close silver plated (silver on steel) blades. In original W&H case. All hand polished & gleaming silver with some use marks. CUTE ANTIQUE BONE HANLED TINY DESSERT / AMUSE BOUCHE CUTLERY SILVER PLATED Item #56953
An unusually small suite of 4 pairs of knives and forks with close silver plated (silver on steel) uppers, the blades with chasing, bone handles and sterling silver ferrules fully hallmarked for Sheffield (various dates 1893-1910) all by Harrison Brothers & Howson (Henry Harrison). All gleaming silver with use marks and some very slight wear. Some mild handle stains. One knife handle has a small crack to rear side, another to its top thin edge and another a very minor stress line to its lower thin edge near ferrule. All are still solid & useable. Pictured next to later ‘standard’ sized dessert knife for comparison purposes. Some handle stains. GBP39.99
