2x STERLING SILVER PEPPER POTS – MAPPIN & WEBB ETC Item #55460
2 similar pepper pots, one is Birmingham 1911, the other Birmingham 1926 maker Mappin & Webb. The lid hole sizes and finials are different, so you could use them as salt and pepper pots. The 1911 has minor surface marks & makers marks part rubbed. The 1926 one has some general small (pinhead etc) knocks/dents to body GBP49.99

CHESTER 1899 MUSTARD POT – STERLING SILVER – ANTIQUE VICTORIAN Item #55461
A sterling silver mustard pot with part fluted body, fully hallmarked for Chester 1899, maker Stokes & Ireland Ltd. Original blue glass liner. Has some tarnish related surface marks and some slight lid pitting but should come up a lot better with some attention. Slightly out of shape base when viewed upside down, but doesn’t notice when in use. Glass liner has some rim chips but these can be turned to hinge side so they are less visible. Silver weight is 53g. Total weight including liner is 109g. GBP44.99

CASED STERLING SILVER SALTS & SPOONS – BIRMINGHAM 1902 – ANTIQUE Item #55462
A cased pair of lightweight sterling silver open salt pots by Wm Devenport, fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1902, with 2 Wm Devenport ball finial spoons, one 1902 the other 1914. Overall ok with some surface marks etc. Case has some scuffs. Total silver weight is 18g. Total cased unpacked weight is 95g. GBP29.99

SMALL STERLING SILVER & CUT GLASS DRESSING TABLE JAR – HENRY MATTHEWS 1904 Item #55463
A cute little hobnail cut glass jar by Henry Matthews, the lid fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1904. Glass is fine, lid has some tiny dents. Lid fits very tightly but pretty sure it is original to the glass, you need to give it a ‘push’ down when on the glass rim. GBP19.99

A nice shape sterling silver hand mirror with shell back. No monograms. Fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1928, maker Henry Matthews. Silver is fine with some surface marks and a few tiny pinpricks to lower of handle. The shell has a small trace patch of lacquer or similar to its central area but its not much of a detraction overall. The mirror glass does have some deterioration at middle, but still useable. GBP59.99

ANTIQUE TURNED BONE SEAL HOLDER WITH POUNCE COMPARTMENT Item #55473
A c.19th turned bone seal holder with a cross-hatch style matrix end, the mallet shaped end unscrews from the handle and has a void to interior presumably so it could be used to store pounce or similar. Some slight chips and stress lines in the bone but overall ok, the mallet end screw son nicely still. The seal end screw thread is ok but the seal does not stay solidly in place without having some thread or similar wound around to interior. GBP19.99

A gorgeous looking Victorian tea pot retailed by Egan of Cork, Ireland. The spout has a Bacchus face to mid section and spout is formed as a birds head. Bird on nest lid finial. Deep repousse scrolls and foliates to body. On elaborate feet. Capacity c. 2 pint. Overall gleaming silver but with wear, still looks great though. A couple of tiny gentle body knocks to one side. Interior has wear but is fairly clean. GBP47.99

A lovely and unusual small flask, looks more like a perfume bottle but has a detachable cup with gilt washed interior. Cork to interior of stopper. Appears to be continental European origin. No real damage, a tiny shallow pinhead knock to lid and to base of cup. Old price label to bottom of glass. GBP24.99

A lovely little jam or honey pot with bird finial. No chips or cracks, a minor manufacturing flaw line (scratch in the ceramic) to inside of the pot and some slight glaze crazing with interior shadowing under the glaze from use. Looks superb from exterior. GBP12.99

A fine quality 4 piece bachelor set by James Dixon, each piece with a conjoined monogram ‘ED’. Comes with a good pair of claw nip sugar tongs. All gleaming silver, no dents other than a minor knock to the water jug body on the un-monogrammed side. Some slight tarnish & slight wear to interior of teapot but fairly clean. Water jug has some very slight wear at hinge area and its finial riser has some fine wire wrapped around a historical crack, it’s a very minor thing, not noticeable unless searching for it and the finial looks perfectly fine, GBP59.99

A stunning quality pair & fabulous condition cased pair of hair brushes by William Neale fully hallmarked for Chester 1899 along with original comb. The brushes have a most beautiful repousse design incorporating hidden faces, cherubs, flowers, Grecian urns etc. No monograms. Overall very good for age, bristles still in great overall shape with minimal losses, minor dents to silver at edges. One brush has some tiny digs at its vacant heart shaped cartouche. Comb very good too. Case also quite splendid for age. GBP89.99

A sterling silver handled shoe horn fully hallmarked for Chester 1905. Steel upper. Handle has some small knocks and dints and one small section of the raised repousse work has a thin hole (split) from use but smooth to touch. Makers marks are part obscured. Steel upper end has a little spotting mainly to it rear side. GBP15.99
