STERLING SILVER CASED BRUSH & MIRROR SET – BIRMINGHAM 1929 Item #55751
A lovely deco period 4 piece brush & mirror set by Duncan & Scobbie, fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1928 / 1929. No monograms. In its original fitted case. In overall great shape, mirror glass perfect. No dents just some tiny knocks to the comb holder. Comb missing one of its teeth. Mirror hallmarks are partly miss-stamped but not a big issue. Case has some minor scuffs. Mirror is 25.5cm long. GBP99.99
CASED STERLING SILVER BRUSH & MIRROR SET – BIRMINGHAM 1950 Item #55752
A vintage cased 5 piece brush & mirror set by W J Myatt & Co, fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1950, together with a good faux-tortoiseshell comb. No monograms. Overall ok, mirror glass excellent and perfectly useable. A dent to top edge of mirror & a couple of tiny knocks to frame to glass side. Both hairbrushes have some slight dents to their backs. Case has some marks and foxing to the silk, in particular there are some dark tarnish related marks in the silk recess of the hand mirror area. The small hinge ribbon has come away at one end. Exterior has some scuffs. Mirror length is 26.5cm. GBP114.99

ANTIQUE DUBLIN IRELAND AGATE HARP STERLING SILVER SOUVENIR SPOON + SHAMROCK a/f Item #55757
A spoon made by William Henry Leather with an agate inset harp to handle and ‘Dublin’ to bowl interior, together with another agate inset spoon in the form of shamrocks, Joseph Cook & Son Birmingham 1900. Dublin: a break in the silver at the bottom of the harp area, so is slightly delicate. The hallmark date letter is obscured due to its position on the spoon but will be c. 1905. Shamrocks: Missing some agates, otherwise ok. Some tarnish marks to both. GBP24.99

A sterling silver demitasse spoon by Tiffany & Co in their ‘Marigold’ floral pattern of 1885, the rear inscribed ‘A.H.L. Sept 18th 1899’. Obvious rub to the gilt wash to bowl and some scratches to bowl interior. Markings are not particularly clear – (see photos) ‘T&Co’ followed by ‘STG’. GBP49.99
